Mohali, Punjab: Hero Realty Group has made a major expansion move by acquiring an 8.71-acre land parcel in Sector 99, Mohali, for ₹262.75 crore. The land was secured through a competitive auction organized by the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) under its subsidiary, Vikas Parks Pvt. Ltd.

Aiming for a Landmark Luxury Residential Project
The newly acquired land is earmarked for a high-end residential development under the Hero Homes brand. Surrounded by strong retail infrastructure, the site boasts excellent connectivity to Chandigarh, educational institutions in Mohali, and upcoming expressway networks.
