As per official property registration records, the purchase was completed on June 20, 2025, with the total deal valued at a whopping ₹27.50 crore. The transaction includes two apartments spread across the 17th and 18th floors of DLH Enclave, a residential project known for its upscale offerings and celebrity residents.

- Balcony Area: Nearly 3,800 sq. ft., bringing the total area to 9,603 sq. ft.

- Stamp Duty Paid: ₹1.65 crore
- Registration Charges: ₹30,000
The apartments were purchased from the project developer, Dev Land and Housing Limited (DLH).
