Godrej Properties Secures RERA Approval for Worli Landmark, Eyes ₹10,000 Crore Revenue Windfall
Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) has officially secured RERA approval from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for the first phase of its much-anticipated luxury residential project, Godrej Trilogy, in Mumbai’s upscale Worli district. The developer expects to rake in an impressive ₹10,000 crore in revenue from the project — one of its most ambitious undertakings in South Mumbai to date.

Set on a premium 2.63-acre land parcel, Godrej Trilogy will feature three magnificent towers, redefining the skyline of Worli. The development, undertaken through a joint venture for land redevelopment, enjoys a prime location off Dr. Annie Besant Road, offering panoramic views of the Mahalaxmi Racecourse and the Arabian Sea — a rare blend of urban glamour and serene exclusivity.
The first phase, for which RERA approval has now been granted, includes two towers — Seaturf and Seafront — comprising approximately 11 lakh sq. ft. of saleable space. These towers will soon be launched within the current quarter, marking a significant addition to Godrej Properties’ premium residential portfolio in South Mumbai.
