Mumbai’s luxury property market continues to attract high-profile buyers, and the latest addition to this list is television star Tejasswi Prakash, who has acquired a premium apartment in Bandra for ₹7.63 crore.
Inside the Property Deal
As per property registration documents accessed via CRE Matrix, Tejasswi has purchased a sea-facing residence at Bay Heights, an under-construction luxury tower being developed by Hiranandani Developers in Bandra Reclamation.
The apartment is located on the 14th floor and spans approximately 1,303 square feet. The transaction also includes two dedicated parking spaces, a significant value addition in Mumbai’s premium real estate landscape.
The agreement was officially registered on February 16, 2026. For the purchase, Tejasswi paid a stamp duty of ₹38 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000. Documents indicate that she has paid over ₹76 lakh, around 10% of the total cost, as the initial booking amount. The remaining payment will be made in 12 instalments, structured until the project secures its Occupation Certificate (OC).
The project is currently under development, with possession scheduled for November 2030.
