Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan has added another major property to his growing real estate portfolio. The actor, along with his parents Mala Tiwari and Manish Tiwari, has purchased a premium office space in Mumbai’s Andheri West for ₹13 crore, as per official property registration records.

Details of the New Office Deal
The property is located in Signature by Lotus, a commercial development in the heart of Andheri West. According to documents accessed from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website:
- RERA Carpet Area: 176.98 sq. m. (~1,905 sq. ft.)
- Built-up Area: 194.67 sq. m. (~2,095 sq. ft.)
- Car Parking: 3 reserved spaces included in the deal
- Stamp Duty: ₹78 lakh
- Registration Charges: ₹30,000
- Deal Registered: September 2025
