According to property registration records, the stunning residence is perched on the 49th floor of the prestigious Lodha World Towers, one of India’s tallest and most sought-after residential skyscrapers, developed by Macrotech Developers (Lodha Group). Spanning a whopping 5,446 sq. ft., the apartment comes with four dedicated car parking slots—perfectly blending opulence with convenience.

The transaction, registered on April 30, 2025, involved a stamp duty payment of ₹2.22 crore and registration fees of ₹30,000, as per official documents.
