According to property registration documents accessed through real estate data platforms, the apartment has now been rented to Aditya Shukla under a five-year leave-and-license agreement. The deal includes a 5% rent escalation clause, ensuring gradual increases in rental value over the lease period. In addition to the monthly rent of ₹11 lakh, the agreement also includes a hefty security deposit of ₹45 lakh.
