Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has leased not one but four premium apartments in Mumbai’s swanky Pali Hill neighbourhood, shelling out a jaw-dropping ₹24.5 lakh in monthly rent. The move comes as his long-standing residence in the Virgo Cooperative Housing Society gears up for redevelopment.

Why the Big Move?
Aamir Khan, who reportedly owns around 12 flats in the Virgo Society, has temporarily shifted base due to a full-scale redevelopment of the building. The ambitious project is being executed by Atmosphere Realty, a high-powered joint venture between Wadhwa Group, MICL, and Chandak Group.
The redeveloped tower promises nothing short of opulence—sea-facing residences, ultra-luxurious amenities, and price tags that could surpass ₹1 lakh per sq ft, with some units likely breaching the ₹100 crore mark.
Where Has Aamir Khan Moved?
The actor’s new address? The Wilnomona Apartments on Nargis Dutt Road, just 750 metres away from Puja Casa, the current temporary residence of Shah Rukh Khan, whose iconic bungalow, Mannat, is undergoing renovations. Seems like Bollywood’s biggest names are neighbours again—at least for a while.
Lease Details: A Big Commitment
According to official property documents:
- Tenure: 5 years (May 2025 – May 2030)
- Lock-in Period: 45 months out of the 60-month lease
- Security Deposit: Over ₹1.46 crore
- Annual Rent Escalation: 5% hike every year
- Registration Date: May 20, 2025
- Stamp Duty Paid: Over ₹4 lakh
- Registration Fee: ₹2,000
The four units have been leased from Wilfred Anthony Jose Pereira, a private property owner. Neither Khan nor Pereira has offered a comment on the transaction.
