Bollywood actor and philanthropist Sonu Sood has finalized a lucrative real estate deal by selling his luxury apartment in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, for ₹8.10 crore. The transaction, registered in August 2025, has reportedly earned him a profit of ₹3 crore.

According to property registration documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), the apartment is located in the prestigious Lokhandwala Minerva project.

- Built-Up Area: 1,497 sq. ft. (139.07 sq. m.)
- Additional Perks: Two dedicated car parking spaces
- Stamp Duty Paid: ₹48.60 lakh
- Registration Charges: ₹30,000
Documents further reveal that Sood had originally purchased the property in 2012 for ₹5.16 crore, making this a highly profitable sale.
