Bollywood heartthrob Kartik Aaryan has taken his first big step into land ownership by purchasing a 2,000 sq. ft. plot worth ₹2 crore in Alibaug. The actor, who has already invested in Mumbai real estate, is now expanding his portfolio with a prime coastal address that has become the go-to destination for celebrities and business elites.
A Growing Celebrity Neighbourhood
Kartik’s new property lies within Château de Alibaug, a flagship project by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL). With this move, he joins the league of Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who bought a massive 10,000 sq. ft. land parcel for ₹10 crore earlier this year, and Kriti Sanon, who also purchased a 2,000 sq. ft. plot in the nearby Sol de Alibaug project.
Speaking about the investment, Kartik shared,
“Alibaug has become one of the most exciting places to invest in today—close to Mumbai, yet offering peace and space. This is my first land investment, and I trust HoABL to help me build my dream home here.”
