The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has invited bids for the sale of three charming bungalows in Lonavala, a popular hill station near Mumbai, with a reserve price of ₹6.55 crore.

As per the tender notice (issued August 18, 2025):
- Last date for property inspection: September 8, 2025

- Buyers will need to clear all pending taxes with local authorities.
The sale process is being managed by Cushman and Wakefield India, a reputed property consultant, through sealed offer bidding. According to sources, the RBI is liquidating assets as part of its broader strategy.
