According to property transaction documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, Dhawan acquired the luxury residence for a base price of ₹65.61 crore, with the total outlay amounting to ₹68.89 crore after stamp duty and registration. The stamp duty alone cost him a hefty ₹3.24 crore.
The apartment, sprawling across 6,040 sq ft, is located in Sector 54, Golf Course Road, one of the most premium addresses in Gurugram. It comes with five dedicated car parking spaces, and the transaction was officially registered on February 4, 2025.
With a per-square-foot rate of approximately ₹1.08 lakh, this deal marks a new benchmark even in the elite category of Indian real estate.

DLF, one of India’s leading luxury real estate developers, had earlier revealed that it sold 173 residences at The Dahlias in a record time of just nine weeks, generating ₹11,816 crore. These figures reflect the project’s immense popularity among ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), including prominent CEOs and NRIs.
Planned as an ultra-luxe offering even beyond the standards set by DLF’s previous flagship project, The Camellias, The Dahlias promises a new level of opulence. While Camellias took nearly a decade to achieve sell-out status, The Dahlias accomplished a similar feat in mere weeks, reflecting the shift in demand among India’s elite.
The Dahlias will offer approximately 7.5 million sq ft of developed space, housing 420 residences spread across 8 high-rise towers and 29 floors. A highlight includes 15 exclusive duplex penthouses, each sprawling across approximately 350,000 sq ft.
According to Aakash Ohri, Joint Managing Director at DLF Home Developers, the apartments start at around 10,000 sq ft, with penthouses reaching up to 19,000 sq ft. Two of these penthouses have reportedly been sold for ₹150 crore each.
