1) Unoptimized 3BHK Unit plans with small common bedroom size of 10*10.6 & small kitchen of 8*8
2) Only 2 Lifts per floor for 9 Apartments.
However, Mantra Essence reviews are decent & mostly Site Visit Clients has given it a 4/5 score
