When she reported the issue, the developer assured her that repairs would be carried out after the monsoon season, delaying immediate relief.<\/p>\n<p>In another widely discussed case from Noida, a homeowner who spent nearly \u20b91 crore on a high-rise apartment shared a viral video exposing visible construction flaws. The visuals showed peeling plaster, fading exterior walls, and a general lack of finishing quality; far from what one would expect at that price point.<\/p>\n<p>What made matters worse were hygiene concerns.
