These properties include a mix of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open plots<\/li>\n<li>Residential land parcels<\/li>\n<li>Commercial and industrial premises<\/li>\n<li>A hotel property<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Out of these, six properties have now entered the public e-auction process, while two others have been issued final 21-day notices. If the dues remain unpaid even after the deadline, those properties may also be auctioned.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"List_of_Properties_Being_Put_Up_for_E-Auction\"><\/span><strong>List of Properties Being Put Up for E-Auction<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The six properties for which e-auction proceedings have been formally initiated are spread across multiple municipal wards and carry significant reserve prices.<\/p>\n<p>These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A hotel in Goregaon West, owned by <em>Aamir Park &amp; Amusement Pvt Ltd<\/em>, with a reserve price of \u20b9268.16 crore<\/li>\n<li>Shops and office premises in Bandra West, owned by <em>Bhikabhai and Upadhyay and M J Bhatt<\/em>, valued at \u20b951.42 crore<\/li>\n<li>A residential plot in Dahisar, owned by <em>Vikalal Investment Company<\/em>, valued at \u20b934.81 crore<\/li>\n<li>An open plot in Parel, held by trustees <em>Laxman Raghunath Shetye and Gopal Pundalik Shetye<\/em>, valued at \u20b934.14 crore<\/li>\n<li>An oil mill, warehouse, and office premises in Mazgaon, belonging to <em>Jayant Oil Mill<\/em>, valued at \u20b923.20 crore<\/li>\n<li>A commercial air-conditioned shed in Malad\u2019s Kurar village, owned by <em>Bacchubhai Daschov &amp;
