The buyer, NTT Global Data Centres, acquired the property through two Kapoor family-owned entities, Pantheon Buildcon Private Limited and Tusshar Infra Developers Private Limited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registered on May 29, 2025, the transaction involved two contiguous land parcels spanning roughly 9,664.68 sq m (2.39 acres). The site currently houses Balaji IT Park, comprising three buildings with a combined built-up area of nearly 4.9 lakh sq ft. By sheer value, this deal emerged as the largest real estate transaction by a Bollywood family in 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adding to the family\u2019s real estate activity, Jeetendra Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor also sold a luxury apartment in Worli\u2019s Omkar 1973 project in June 2025 for \u20b912.25 crore. The expansive apartment measures 5,185 sq ft of RERA carpet area.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachchan also deepened his presence in Ayodhya by purchasing a 25,000 sq ft plot adjacent to The Sarayu, a premium development by the House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL). Valued at approximately \u20b940 crore, this followed his 2024 acquisition of a 10,000 sq ft plot in the same enclave for \u20b914.5 crore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In October 2025, he acquired three adjoining land parcels in Alibaug worth \u20b96.59 crore under HoABL\u2019s \u2018A Alibaug\u2019 Phase-2 project.
