means:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">If you are an existing member, you usually cannot file a RERA complaint for delays in getting your rehab flat.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">If you are a new buyer, your flat will be under RERA, and you get standard protections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This split responsibility creates confusion \u2014 which is why Maharashtra is now proposing new reforms and even a <\/span><b>new law<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> specifically for
