Oberoi expects all plans \u2014 including RERA registration \u2014 to be finalized by early January. Despite not being able to advertise or accept bookings until RERA clearance. The design philosophy mirrors Oberoi\u2019s ultra-luxurious Three Sixty West project in Mumbai, albeit on a slightly smaller scale. The land parcel, spanning 14.81 acres and acquired for \u20b9597 crore, holds a development potential of 2.6 million sq. ft.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Busy_Launch_Pipeline_Across_Key_Markets\"><\/span><strong>A Busy Launch Pipeline Across Key Markets<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The Gurugram project is part of Oberoi Realty\u2019s robust launch pipeline for the second half of FY25. \u201cGurugram will come in, Worli can come in, and we also have new towers planned in Borivali, Thane, and Goregaon,\u201d Oberoi revealed. The company\u2019s total income for the July\u2013September quarter rose to \u20b91,844.84 crore. Up from \u20b91,358.62 crore in the same period of the previous year.
