Projects like <i>Sobha Townpark<\/i> have benefited from this buyer sentiment, creating what he calls a \u201cvirtuous cycle\u201d of positive sales traction.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCustomers are gravitating toward larger gated developments because of delivery confidence, better infrastructure, and long-term community value,\u201d he explained.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This pattern, he added, highlights a maturing market where buyers prioritize trusted developers, ready infrastructure, and long-term livability over speculative appreciation.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sobhas_Q2_FY26_Performance_Highlights\"><\/span><b>Sobha\u2019s Q2 FY26 Performance Highlights<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Sobha reported \u20b93,981 crore in total sales value during the first half of FY26 \u2014 a 30% year-on-year jump.
