Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) has officially secured RERA approval from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for the first phase of its much-anticipated luxury residential project<\/a><\/strong>, <\/span>Godrej Trilogy<\/span><\/i>, in Mumbai\u2019s upscale Worli district. The developer expects to rake in an impressive \u20b910,000 crore in revenue from the project \u2014 one of its most ambitious undertakings in South Mumbai to date.<\/span><\/p>\n

Set on a premium 2.63-acre land parcel, <\/span>Godrej Trilogy<\/i><\/strong><\/a> will feature three magnificent towers, redefining the skyline of Worli. The development, undertaken through a joint venture for land redevelopment, enjoys a prime location off Dr. Annie Besant Road, offering panoramic views of the Mahalaxmi Racecourse and the Arabian Sea \u2014 a rare blend of urban glamour and serene exclusivity.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first phase, for which RERA approval has now been granted, includes two towers \u2014 <\/span>Seaturf<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>Seafront<\/span><\/i> \u2014 comprising approximately 11 lakh sq. ft. of saleable space. These towers will soon be launched within the current quarter, marking a significant addition to Godrej Properties\u2019 premium residential<\/a><\/strong> portfolio in South Mumbai.<\/span><\/p>\n
