The Agreement for Sale was registered on October 16, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The new residence is part of <a href=\"https:\/\/housiey.com\/blogs\/projects\/k-raheja-maestro\"><em><strong>K Raheja Corp\u2019s \u201cMaestro\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/a> project, a luxury development that has quickly become the talk of Mumbai\u2019s high-end housing market. The apartment spans 3,139 sq. ft., with an additional 411 sq. ft. terrace, taking the total space to nearly 3,550 sq. ft.
