In the second quarter of FY2025, Sobha\u2019s sales bookings jumped 61% year-on-year to \u20b91,902.6 crore, compared to \u20b91,178.5 crore a year earlier.<br \/>\nIt sold 13.94 lakh sq. ft. during the July\u2013September period at an average realization of \u20b913,648 per sq. ft.<\/p>\n<p>In the first six months of FY2025, Sobha achieved its highest-ever sales bookings of \u20b93,981.4 crore, marking a 30% YoY growth.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Strong_Profit_Growth_and_Financial_Stability\"><\/span><strong>Strong Profit Growth and Financial Stability<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>On the financial front, Sobha reported a nearly threefold increase in consolidated net profit to \u20b972.52 crore in Q2 FY2025, compared to \u20b926.08 crore in the same period last year.<br \/>\nTotal income for the quarter surged to \u20b91,469.3 crore, up from \u20b9965.29 crore in the year-ago quarter.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Leadership_Commentary_Confident_Outlook_Ahead\"><\/span><strong>Leadership Commentary: Confident Outlook Ahead<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Sobha\u2019s Managing Director Jagadish Nangineni attributed this strong performance to \u201csteady demand for luxury residential real estate in a growth-oriented economy\u201d supported by favorable macroeconomic conditions and timely government initiatives.<br \/>\nHe added that the company completed 2.25 million sq. ft.
