usage, with reports made public for accountability.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Affordable Housing Push<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Unsold inventory from stalled projects could be diverted to schemes like <\/span><a
