The flat was sold at a rate of \u20b957,003 per sq ft (carpet area) and includes <strong>two car parking spaces<\/strong>. The deal was registered on <strong>June 8, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, the duo had bought this apartment in <strong>June 2017<\/strong> for \u20b911.52 crore \u2014 meaning they\u2019ve exited with a modest appreciation over an 8-year period.<\/p>\n<p>While the Kapooors have remained tight-lipped about the sale, insiders in the real estate circle suggest that this might be part of a broader move to <strong>consolidate and streamline their real estate holdings.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Throwback_to_Their_%E2%82%B9855_Crore_Andheri_Mega_Deal\"><\/span><strong>Throwback to Their \u20b9855 Crore Andheri Mega Deal<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>This sale comes hot on the heels of a far larger and more impactful transaction. In <strong>May 2025<\/strong>, Jeetendra Kapoor (real name Ravi Amarnath Kapoor) and his family sold <strong>two adjoining land parcels<\/strong> in Andheri to <a href=\"https:\/\/services.global.ntt\/en-us\/services-and-products\/global-data-centers\"><strong>NTT Global Data Centers<\/strong><\/a> for a whopping \u20b9855 crore.<\/p>\n<p>Spread across <strong>9,664.68 sq m<\/strong> (approximately 2.39 acres), the land housed the <strong>Balaji IT Park<\/strong>, consisting of three commercial buildings with a built-up area of nearly <strong>4.9 lakh sq ft<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The deal was executed via two family-controlled firms \u2014 <strong>Pantheon Buildcon Pvt Ltd<\/strong> and <strong>Tusshar Infra Developers Pvt Ltd<\/strong> \u2014 and officially registered on <strong>May 29, 2025<\/strong>.
