According to property registration documents accessed by Square Yards, Devgn has leased out an office unit in the bustling Andheri West area, raking in a hefty \u20b95.47 lakh every month in rent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The five-year lease, spanning from May 2025 to April 2030, has been signed with Bombay Design Centre Private Limited. The office space, located in the upscale <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Signature by Lotus<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> building on Veera Desai Road, covers a sprawling carpet area of 2,545 sq ft.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registered officially on May 2, 2025, the deal involved a stamp duty payment of \u20b985,500 and a registration fee of \u20b91,000. The agreement also includes a security deposit of \u20b916.42 lakh. This latest lease pertains to just one of those units, generating an initial rental yield of about 6.5%, which will rise to nearly 7.5% during the later years of the lease term, as per Square Yards\u2019 analysis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But that\u2019s just the tip of Devgn\u2019s property portfolio. He has acquired a total of <\/span><b>five office units<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Signature<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tower, collectively measuring over 13,000 sq ft and valued at \u20b945.9 crore.
