Purchased for \u20b9597 crore, the land will host a luxury residential project with approximately 2.6 million square feet of potential floor space. The funds will support new acquisitions, including large land parcels, to accelerate the company\u2019s growth trajectory. \u201cIndia\u2019s real estate sector is booming, and we want to leverage this momentum,\u201d said Oberoi, underscoring the company&#8217;s ambitions for expansion.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Strong_Financial_Growth_in_Q2FY25\"><\/span>Strong Financial Growth in Q2FY25<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Oberoi Realty\u2019s financial performance in Q2FY25 showed promising growth. Booking values surged by 74%, reaching \u20b92,509 crore compared to \u20b91,441 crore in the same period last year. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the first half of FY25 also grew by 33%, totaling \u20b91,173.71 crore.
